idanservers is a private home server operated by one individual for a small group of invited friends and family. It is not a commercial service. This policy describes what happens to your information when you use it.

What is collected when you sign in

Sign-in is handled by Google. When you choose “Sign in with Google”, this server receives:

Your Google password is never seen by this server. Authentication happens entirely on Google's side.

What it is used for

Only to identify you and to keep your settings, requests and library separate from other people's. Nothing else.

What is not done

Other information the services keep

The individual applications on this server store ordinary operational data, such as what you have requested, what you have watched, and files or photos you upload. This is normal application data, kept so the services work, and is visible only to you and the operator.

Where it is stored

On hardware operated privately by the operator, and on a private virtual server. It is not hosted with any third-party analytics or advertising provider.

Cookies

Session cookies are used to keep you signed in. They are required for the services to function and are not used for tracking or advertising.

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept for as long as you have access. You may ask for your account and data to be deleted at any time, and the request will be honoured.

Children

This service is provided to specific invited people and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change with it.
